Did you hear the good news? I'm so excited to be continuing as an Island Batik Ambassador for 2023. We received our first shipment of the year and I hope you will enjoy watching my unboxing video as much as I enjoyed making it.

Island Batik 2022 - Unboxing 1 from Sew Preeti Quilts

I am thrilled that Island Batik selected me as one of their 25 ambassadors in 2022. This is my second year and I knew what to expect (sort of) when the first shipment of fabric and supplies arrived at my doorstep. And yet when I opened the two boxes, I was giddy with delight.

Island Batik - Unboxing Part 2 from Sew Preeti Quilts

As an Island Batik Ambassador, I receive fabric from Island Batik and other supplies from industry partners (Hobbs Batting, Aurifil, Bags by Annie, and Studio 180), twice a year. The first set of boxes were received in January 2021.

Especially the second one that travelled firstly to Catar and then came to Athens. Thank God safely and without Customs fees!!!!! I tried doing my first unboxing video. I don’t know how many people there are out there who like these videos, but I really like them. I really like it when I get a new box in the mail. Since I can’t afford to get a box every day, the next best thing is to watch someone else opening a package.
