A quilt road trip from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

 I went on a little shopping trip yesterday. I got to walk amongst bolts of fabric, look at kits, spools of thread, look at samples. It was quite a heady experience. I will NOT mention the name of the store - I don't want them getting into trouble. But I was in the store by myself. I did a little retail shopping, which I'll share with you either today or tomorrow - it depends on how much time I have this morning.

A walk in the neighborhood from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

I was going to start the show and tell for Long Time Gone, but I have a couple of things to share with you. Then I'll start the show and tell tomorrow. There's too much to put in one day, so it'll span several days. 


Have you been out walking in your neighborhood lately? I've noticed two things that are springing up everywhere. Can you guess what they are?  

There are the FOR SALE or the SOLD signs. We've had a lot of that in our neighborhood. 

And there's the giant bin thing.

Love notes in your UFO projects from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

 Another super sewing day with the Monday group! Gosh -- I would be so lost without that sewing group. They keep me grounded, and we catch up on all the gossip and what's happening in the world of guilds and quilting. Some guilds have embraced this technology and really flown, and others? Not so much! I currently don't belong to any guilds as I mentally needed a break from all the politics. Why or why do guilds need to become political? It's all about COLOR from Crazy Quilter on a Bike!

 Oh my - so much happened yesterday, and I don't think I'm going to get to it all. As promised, though, let's talk about those Cloth Paper Scissors Studios magazines. 

The magazines came out quarterly, and I seem to have purchased them all. The time frame is 2010 - 2014 or something like that. Here's the cover of the one that I'm just finishing.
