is it the thought that counts . . . from Count it *all* JOY!

So I know it was just last week when I stated that Mondays were good for blogging days. I was doing so well with two Mondays in a row . . . and then this past Monday hit.  I had every intention of posting.  I even knew what pics I'd share and what I'd say . . . but life.  You feel me, right?  And then Tuesday was a chemo day.

Now that we've finished the verses from Until We Reach Home, I was wondering where to go from here.  For now, I want to share this verse that speaks of gratefulness.  
You see, we, my husband and I, had a COVID scare, but thankfully we both tested negative!

I've had some sad things going on--one of my sisters was just diagnosed with leukemia. She started her chemo over the weekend. She is 57. A very private person, she hasn't told many people. 


How to Create a Cancer Care Package- just cause friends try to be there.

Doctors expect that she will begin losing her hair in about two weeks. Mention of it upsets her, so we're trying to help her deal with it slowly. In the meantime, I've begun looking for chemo hats and scarves that I can make for her.
