You know I adore the start of things, and  new month is no different! July 1 officially begins our "Bird Song LoveFest 💕' with Beautiful Morning sew along!    We are making all the things with my Bird song fabric.

We also set our Heartfelt Make a Wish is the LAST block pattern! ***BUT *** on my video I messed up and thought it was Setting month!!  It is really a block this week. I'll talk about the block on Saturdays video

We are rolling toward the end of June and this is the first project of my "Bird Song LoveFest 💕' which is all of July. A fabric tour with my friends showing you how they use my fabric, along with several sew alongs using my Bird Song fabric! 2 of them have kits so that makes it easy for you!

It has been HARD to be on the computer the last few days, it's been picture perfect weather!  Mild, sunny with puffy clouds, just too gorgeous for words!  At the end is a photo of my orange sherbet colored flower, be sure to take a peek!

Happy Fri-Yeah!! My friend!  Our flapjacks project is going to be so cute! Fun to cut, fun to sew, fun to use! A lot of you have already finished and in a few days I'll share photos on my video.

We had a few days of spring, 72 degree??? yes please!! I think mother nature gives us those couple of days so we (the Royal we.. meaning me) can keep going another few weeks in the cold.  Next day.. 31 degrees and icy rain.

I'm making one of each block from the bonus sampler that goes along with the Perfect 5 book.  The sampler sheet & photo are at the end. 

So as I'm making this weeks blocks I realized that I was thinking about how they are constructed. I was analyzing if this block was 'fun' to make, because if it was fun then I'll go back and use it for a full quilt.
