read moreThanks to everyone for the well-wishes on my arrival home. I'm glad that you enjoyed my vacation along with me! I also love living vicariously through others' experiences because I certainly won't get everywhere myself. That's my favorite thing about social media. It's so easy to stay connected. I don't need or want to get disconnected -- while I don't mind being alone, I'm a social person at heart!
Where would you like to go with me next year? I have a couple of places in mind, but nothing solid yet.

read moreOK -- someone turned off the heat! It's cold. I wore shorts yesterday, but I think I'll find some pants this morning.
So far, so good on the jet lag. With the full day of travel and the ability to sleep like a baby on the plane, I didn't need a nap yesterday and went to bed at my usual time. I did wake up in the night, but was able to get back to sleep, and so the day is now just like any other day! Let's hope I don't get hit with a whammy ...

It is getting toward the end of the month so I decided I need to get something finished. I quilted this table runner and mug rug first, trimmed them, cut binding and finished the binding on the mug rug.
