One of the books I finished up right before Christmas was The Love Songs by W.E.B. Du Bois which prompted me to look into books written by Du Bois. I liked this book a lot and it was very interesting to hear his opinion and insights on different subjects. He talked about emancipation, tenant farming, education (or lack of) for black people and so much more.
