Feather Me a Rainbow Baby Quilt from Creatin' in the Sticks

My newest quilt pattern is over on the 

I'm celebrating my favorite color - RAINBOW!

Feather Me a Rainbow Baby Quilt


I was inspired by rainbows and Dresden quilt blocks.

My thought was that feather shapes would make a Dresden looking block
and
in rainbow colors
how could it be wrong?


The quilt pattern features
to print the patterns right on the fusible adhesive to create all of the quilt blocks. 
 Just print, fuse, cut, bond, and stitch.  It's that easy.

BEWARE - Black Cat at the House from Creatin' in the Sticks

Is it too early for Halloween crafting?

Fall Leaves Mini Quilt from Creatin' in the Sticks

 HeatNBond® EZ Print Lite sheets with your printer.  
That means no tracing.

Revisits for Unbelievable Cuteness from Creatin' in the Sticks

How life can change in one year.

I posted this tutorial last year
over on the Thermoweb Blog
before I knew I was going to be a Grammy.


Yesterday, my sweet Grandbaby modeled the outfit for the first time...


She just makes the outfit so much cuter and I'm so glad I kept it for her.
This is her first photo sitting up on her own, too.
She is sitting on a blanket my mom (Great Grammy) made for her.
I just can't believe this could be any cuter.

Alphabet Letter Pillows for Spring Quilt Market from Creatin' in the Sticks

With Spring Quilt Market 2018 in the rear view, I can finally reveal these letter pillows 
and 
share the tutorial.

When Blend Fabrics asked if I would make alphabet pillows for their booth for Spring Quilt Market,  I couldn’t have been more thrilled to help.  



The Blend fabrics are Maude Asbury’s Pen and Paper with whimsical ballpoint pens, paper airplanes, and colorful paperclips.  

These letter cushions are made sturdy with HeatnBond High Loft Fusible Fleece 
and
