Stocking Time For The Boy from Wedding Dress Blue

Sparkle Jane’s boy was born in August. He is a darling, smiley, dimpled baby. 

And he needs a stocking. 

For newer readers, the stockings are a tradition that started in Husband’s family. I took over stocking making when we got married. If our count is correct, this is the 15th one I have made. They each have a tree and a name. All other items are symbolic, traditional, extensions of previous stockings, or general whimsy. (For reference, the body of the baby penguin is about 1″ high.)

stockings + top trend from Charm About You

You don't need me to tell you that the year so far has been crazy! I'm ready to settle down for a cosy, quiet winter. I still have a few projects to sew and if you're anything like me, you might have a few projects to sew this season too!
