Quilts for Kids: October from Becca's Crazy Projects

On Saturday I dropped off 14 quilts for binding and one pieced top. (and some batting scraps for making tote bags)

I picked up 14 quilts with backings to quilt. These were pieced by the many fabulous members of Annapolis Quilts for Kids.

I also picked up a stack of fabric to cut some quilts to piece.

Today I have two pineapple quilts. The notes say the blocks were donated and the quilts pieced together by Mary V.

Charity Piecing from Becca's Crazy Projects

Last time I went to Annapolis Quilts for Kids I grabbed two charm packs and some coordinating fabric for borders.

I wanted to do something more interesting than just simple blocks, so I sorted the fabrics and cut these units to piece some little blocks. I'm sure the results will be very similar to a disappearing nine-patch. I'm piecing them as I work on other projects but it might move to the front of the line.
