Good grief -- how many days am I going to have before I can actually have a quiet day to myself? 

I managed to get some paperwork done in the morning, but not before someone called with something they needed, and I wanted to get it out of the way. I worked on that on and off throughout the day, and I managed to get it done last night. Someone else emailed me because they were having sewing machine problems. Quilt As You Go, in PINK, and a Hole in the Wall from Elaine Adair Pieces


I had a LOT of pink strips, and a lot of extra batting, and some pinkish FQs.  What are ya gonna do?  No quilt name yet, but I know where it's going.  This method might not be for everyone, but I sure had fun!  I learned how to get that backing sashing strip close to perfect, by heavy pinning, and then stitching in the ditch from the front, and slowly pulling out the pins as I sewed.  I'm happy with the result.
