Are you a planner?
I have been a planner girl my entire life:)
Before there were publications
 specifically dedicated to "planning"
I was what you 
might have called a "lister" 

I used many things but mostly just 
a regular school notebook to write 
lists about everything 
that I was going to do...
everything I wanted to do and
 everything that I needed to do.

My favorite thing was to
 check them off my list when completed!

It made me happy and feel good
 and like I was accomplishing goals 
and learning and growing.


I still do the same thing today ...

How Many Times Can I Lose My Planner in Three Days? from Michelle's Romantic Tangle

This isn't a very fun game. If there's a place this little book can slide to or a corner of a quilt it can vanish under, it's been there. (And I'm not even going to mention that this one is a replacement for the blank planner that I had all ready to go, the one that vanished the day before I was ready to start using it.) 

It's not the prettiest layout and doesn't have the straightest lines, but it'll serve my purposes.

Plans. I have them. You have them. Sometimes plans need to live on paper and not just in our mind. Do you use a planner? I not only use a planner, I NEED one to organize my weekly, monthly and yearly schedule.


I made a cover for this planner a few months ago. However, I wanted creative playtime with Island Batiks, thread and Kraft-tex.



The fabric stripe are fun, but best part of this project are the vinyl windows! The windows are perfect for featuring you favorite quilt block or fabric.
