What Are Quilters Blogging About Today?

We all had a decent night. Murphy is content to sleep outside - I just don't get that, but if it keeps her happy, then I'm willing to do it. But should she ever bark, I'll be like the Dad in The Night Before Christmas - "I awoke with a flash and flew to the window and tore open the sash!" That will be me! But so far, so good. We hadn't had snow in a long while, so the streets were bare, which was heavenly for walking. However, yesterday -- what happened? It started about 11 AM, and by 1 PM, it was a veritable blizzard! It wasn't cold, but there was a bitter wind, and I needed to go for a walk. I know -- what a crazy person I am! The snow was wet, almost like ice pellets at one point. When I got home, my jacket was nearly soaked through!

I'm happy to report that one more writing assignment went out the door! Bye-bye! I made good progress on one homework assignment last night and hope to get that out the door this morning. Then one more to do later today. Then all the urgent stuff is gone. Although I have another major writing assignment to start next week. 

I did have a pretty free day today, but now I have meetings all afternoon, so I may have to work into the evening again! Sigh............
