Today is the first day of Black History Month, and to celebrate we’re starting our 2024 Stronger Together Quilt Along to fundraise for UNCF. For the past several years, Fat Quarter Shop has hosted a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I love that we can rally to support women who have been affected by this awful disease and help bring awareness to catching cancer before it’s too late.

Any overseas missions trips for me have been postponed the past 2 years but it looks like this year is a go! Dominican Republic is on the radar for late November. Since Cory is working a temporary position I've asked him to go with me.

This fundraiser will go to MSI for my trip expenses and water wells in DR.

Today we’re announcing the kick-off of the 2022 Stronger Together Quilt and Cross Stitch Auction in support of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF)!

First, we wanted to thank you all, with the Stronger Together Quilt Along and Stitch Along our incredible community has raised over $17,000 for UNCF which means we surpassed our goal! But, we aren’t done quite yet.
