Good morning, my friends, and a fine morning it is! The sun is shining, and it's still warm from yesterday's nice weather. It's going to cool off a little bit by tomorrow, but then we're looking at warmer weather for the remainder of the week. Is it possible that spring has sprung? I sure hope so.

Good morning, my friends. Beware. Pranksters will be out tomorrow. It's never to soon to make plans for defending yourself. We have a trip to the grocery store planned. Do you think we can April Fools Day our way into some free groceries? I'm thinking you do your debit card, then reverse the charges, and yell, "April Fools!" Yeah...probably not, but it has me thinking.

Good morning, my friends. All of my to-do's were crossed off yesterday, including walking on the treadmill and the one housekeeping chore on my list. Yay me! 

Once the meat and potatoes part of my day was complete, I could move on to dessert. There was lots of time for sewing. Fortunately, my purrtector cat was on the job, keeping an eye out for any invading forces from the north.

Good morning, my friends. We're expecting a drenching downpour today. The forecast is for three inches of rain over the next 12 hours. As I mentioned in yesterday's post, a big wind blew through the night before. With so much rain ahead of a big wind, it meant a lot of downed trees in our area...none where we live, fortunately, but we've had our share in previous storms. I believe the wind has died down now. Our forecast shows rain every day for the next week. I'd say it's time to get outta Dodge ...

Good morning, my friends. Well, I can't lie...it was good to sit down at the machine yesterday and do some real sewing. I had a lot going on yesterday, and so I didn't have much time in the sewing room. Still, it was good to be doing something that required a needle and thread rather than a ruler and a rotary cutter.

When I finished yesterday's post, I happened to glance out the window to see the raindrops on the tree outside sparkling like diamonds in the sunshine. Just seeing the sunshine was a huge mood-booster ...

Good morning, my friends. It's a foggy morning here at the Three Cats Ranch. I'm heading out later today to meet up with Matthew. We've been trying to get together at least once per month. He lives on the other side of the river, and so we're about an hour's distance apart. You might recall when we went walking and had a tea party a couple of months back. The day started out rainy, but then cleared in the afternoon, and it was lovely. 

Pretty days like that have been few and far between, and ...

He lives on the other side of the river, and so we're about an hour's distance apart. You might recall when we went walking and had a tea party a couple of months back. When we reach the bottom, it'll be 2026. To this blogger born in the 1950's it has me thinking I've entered some kind of futuristic sci-fi novel. The good news is that I'm the one writing the story...for now, at least.

Good morning, my friends. It was a busy day yesterday. As I've mentioned previously, I almost always have some sort of housekeeping chore on the day's to-do list. Usually, I can move things around and do some of those chores on a different day. That’s not going to work between now and Thursday. We'll have eight for dinner, and so I must finish everything if I am to be ready. And all of that to say there wasn't a lot of time for sewing.
