Book Lovers Rejoice with Bookish Fabrics by Sharon Holland from Art Gallery Fabrics-The Creative Blog

Bookish_banner copy

Everyone cherishes their “me” time! That time of day where we can focus on something we enjoy, whether it’s sewing or reading our favorite novel. Now with Sharon Holland’s new fabric collection, Bookish you can cherish both moments at the same time! Bookish tells a tale of classic romance and modern whimsy in dusty-colored book covers of rose, burgundy, teal, peach, and gold.

I always have the pleasure of talking to our designers before ...

My favorite season of the year is Summer so when I see bright and colorful fabric prints, I automatically get excited! Today’s Lookbook release is a special one because it’s our collection called Sunburst, that just transports you into a 1960’s mid-summer paradise. All the designs just make you want to sit by the poolside and soak up some rays like the print “Fun in the Sun Chill” which is the one featuring the ladies laying on towels, the fresh lemons, and the beach balls! I can already see so many summer projects being made that just ...

Thank you again to
the Quiltmania team
for showcasing my work
so beautifully!!
If you click on the Simply
Vintage link above you
can purchase your own copy.

medallion and add the applique'.
Then I started playing with
a long wall hanging and
layering the applique' sets
from the 4 way layout.
It is just so cheerful and a
 bit smaller.
Then I was onto fabric selection.
One of the color ways was done
in peaches ...

More and more Roundabout Place Mats and a Black Friday Sale! from Night Owl Quilting

I think Reneta may be the #1 fan of out Highway 10 Designs Roundabout place mat and table runner pattern.  I recently shared her cabin themed set, and today I am sharing two more!  She said she just couldn't stop making them.  I think they turned out awesome!

First up is this set that included the cool seaside word fabric.  I did some ditch stitching between the different fabrics and then a few simple designs in the wider sections.

The second set for today has this awesome combination of fabrics including the boats around the outer edge.

I changed ...
