read moreI decided to get a jump on New Year’s resolutions and began organizing my fabric stash. Since I haven’t done much garment sewing since I started quilting (nearly 20 years ago) I decided to start with the fabric normally used for that purpose ie. non-cotton fabrics. read moreToday my husband and I celebrate the Pearl Anniversary, or thirty years together. Someone said to me once that if they made it to thirty years with their
spouse it would be an accomplishment. I guess in some ways it is, but for me, it is more about sticking to a promise to tough it out in good times and bad.
