Hier habe ich zum erstenmal frei geschnitten, d.h. ohne Lineal ohne Vorlage. Leider habe ich kein besseres Foto (ist ja schon ein Weilchen her).

Here I have for the first time free hand cut e.g. without ruler and pattern. Unfortunately I don't have a better picture (it was already some years ago).

Auch ein ziemlich alter Quilt. Der Stern wurde sogar von Hand genäht. Er gefiel und gefällt mir immer noch und ich freue mich, dass er seit ein paar Jahren in seinem neuen Heim wohnt.

Also a relatively old quilt. The star was sewn by hand. I still like it and I am happy that this quilt is sinca a few years "living" in its new home.

Dieser Quilt ist schon uralt und hing viele Jahre hinter unserem Bett an der Wand. Die Farben haben mir immer sehr gefallen und tun es immer noch. Die Technik ist Bargello und zwar 2 Bargello, die gegenseitig ineinander laufen. Wer genau hinsieht, kann erkennen, dass ich damals noch mehr als spärlich gequiltet habe.

Auch ein älteres Exemplar. Hier habe ich zum ersten Mal dekorative Stiche von der Nähmaschine sowie Wolle, Garn und Kordeln verwendet. Ich erinnere mich, dass ich eine Menge Spass hatte, diesen Quilt zu nähen.

Also an older work. Here I have for the first time used decorative stiching from the sewingmachine as well as wool, yarn and cords. I can remember how much fun it was to create this quilt.
