Roadblock Quilt from The Cutting Table Quilt Blog - A Blog for Quilters by Quilters

Roadblock Quilt

Traffic jams can be caused by construction, accidents, or even a herd of cattle. (Wait…does that only happen in Missouri?) But did you know a tractor-driving sheepdog once created a terrible gridlock? So did a runaway robot, a massive Santa balloon, and a 42,000 pound honey spill! I must say, I prefer a Roadblock made of fabric!

Winter Wall Hanging from The Cutting Table Quilt Blog - A Blog for Quilters by Quilters

Winter Wall Hanging

Decking the halls is delightful; putting it all away after Christmas is the pits. But..what if your holiday decor could stretch all the way through winter? I’m here to say, it totally can! Jenny’s Winter Wall Hanging is festive enough for Christmas, but you can leave it up all the way to spring!

Winter Wall Hanging

This cheery project combines several fun-to-make elements: easy present blocks, little wonky stars, a simple evergreen tree, and a pair of fuzzy-bearded gnomes that will look as stylish in February as they do on December 25th!

Big Wonky Stars Quilt

A wonky star isn’t perfect, and that is precisely why we adore it! The points are uneven, the angles don’t match, and it is as quirky and cute as can be!

Four Corners Quilt from The Cutting Table Quilt Blog - A Blog for Quilters by Quilters

Four Corners Quilt

Take a peek at a U.S. map, and you’ll notice that Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico are laid out like a giant four patch with perfectly nested seams and lovely 90-degree angles. The Four Corners Monument marks the spot where they all come together. It’s the only place in the country where you can stand in one spot and be in 4 states at once!

Four Corners Quilt

This week Jenny is working on a Four Corners quilt. Each block brings together 4 pretty corners with a cute little “monument” in the middle.
