I Like thursday # 505 rain, little girls sandals and a poodle is almost 2 yo from Not Afraid of Color

welcome to this week's list of likes starting with a sky shot...

I just love clouds and this week, we had blessed rain. No not a torrent, a gentle 10 drops, then stop, then a bit of drizzle, then stop, repeat.

love the clouds when they announce rain is a'comin'

It was enough to make the ground damp. Our across the street neighbor bought 40 bags of soil, spread it across the front of his property, and we stopped on our walk to chat about it. The husband was holding Alfie's leash so when the neighbor said ...

I Like Thursday # 503 go go boots? earth shoes? snow and a white poodle from Not Afraid of Color

life goes round n round

welcome to this week's short list of likes...

I like that it cooled off, snowed a bit, even if it was less than predicted. A heavy wet snow that should help with our extreme drought

within an hour of snow stopping, melted... we got about 7" of wet snow

Alfie: I tole you mama, you should let me go out and play more

Alfie loved it, even if he came in sopping wet! He dug at the hole a ball made when it landed, he ran, he ate it as it fell from the ...

bird watching, rockin' robins!!!

welcome to this week's list of likes... starting with bird watching

The robins are back and pretty cheeky! They do not fear Alfie or me. Both of us like to watch them too

Alfie has discovered the ability to watch wild life from out back slider to the patio... bird watching has become one of his favorite hobbies, after eating, being petted, keeping watch on the Mama, playing keep away with his Kong ball in the back yard, and going for long walks.

We had a few firsts, since we've now been together 2 ...
