EQ Album + 55, 56 from Virtual Quilter

A bit dark, but suitable if someone has a habit of sitting on the bed with dirty clothes on!

A bit of light looks OK.

EQ 9x9s OP 22, 23, 24 from Virtual Quilter

Basic blocks from the Electric Quilt library, but the design looks anything but basic.

Tipping the block on point makes a big difference.

So does including narrow sashing between the blocks but using the background fabric in the blocks. Even the little shares look like a bit like stars in the dark background.

I like it!

It is not very often I use a lighter fabric in the border than the dominant fabric of the blocks in the centre.
