Making Cards Again from mequilter



My Cousin and I are going to England in June to visit our 2nd Cousins. We are descendants of the same Great Grandparents. 
Since we will be staying with some of them, I decided to make cards for them to use as a thank you for letting us stay with them. 


Here are the first two batches I made. I made half of them when my scrapbooking group was here. The cards are blank inside for them to write their own messages inside. 
I better not see any of these sent back to me.

Valentine Day Cards from mequilter

So the other project that kept me from making more progress on the Christmas stocking was Valentine Day cards.
I didn't make a lot just some for some very special people. 

First I made a basket card and since I had to mail this one it was finished first and sent off. 

They do fold flat to mail.

 

Here are the other three baskets I made. One each for my girls and one for a friend.



Of Course, I made one for my hubby.

Thanksgiving Day Cards I made from mequilter

Prior to Thanksgiving, I made some Thanksgiving day cards for some of my closest friends and family members. I made 11 in total. 
The most complicated but fun card I made was a stand-alone basket designed by Karen Burniston. She is a very creative designer and has an engineering background so many of her card designs have moving part. In October I made this basket for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. It is a very versatile design. I have a Valentine's card design in the back of my mind.
