To Do Tuesday for 4/20/2021 from Life In Pieces

It was such a pretty day yesterday, all the way up to 70 F.  Hard to believe we have more than a 80% chance of snow today.  It's been a very atypical spring weather wise, much cooler and wetter than normal. That's been good for my to do list. It's much nicer to play with thread and fabric in the sewing room than to brave the elements and tackle some much needed yard work.

To Do Tuesday for 4/13/2021 from Life In Pieces

This last week was much more sedate and productive than the previous week.  My Guy and I had mild reactions to our second dose of the COVID vaccine.  Though I was a lot more fuzzy brained and tired on Friday then I realized at the time.  Taxes are done and My Guy is almost done checking over them. There was even some significant stitching time during the week resulting in a completely checked off To Do List.

Weekly To Do List for 04/06/21

  • Grassy Creek: Press and clean up quilt top
  • Morewood Mystery: Continue to assemble quilt top ...

To Do Tuesday for 04/06/21 from Life In Pieces

It's been a rough week on a couple of fronts.  Consequently, I ended up taking an unscheduled break from the computer and the sewing room. I just couldn't face either over the weekend. So progress on last week's To Do List is pretty pitiful.

Weekly To Do List for 3/30/2021

  • Grassy Creek: Press and clean up quilt top - progress
  • Morewood Mystery - Continue to assemble quilt top - no progress
  • Unity: Make HSTs for clue 6 as leader and enders - no progress
  • Secret Easter Sewing

So only one check mark, some progress on the quilt top clean ...

So What's Next? from Life In Pieces

It's really squishy outside after our rainy weekend.  The river running through town is up, but not out.  So we should be able to get to work no problem.  I'm glad we didn't get all that moisture as snow, but I know lots of places did.  Hope everyone will be able to dig out today.

I didn't spend as much of my weekend in the sewing room as usual.  The Scientist in Training was home and so there were other things to do.  Though we did hang out together for a bit while I was working ...

PHD in 2021 from Life In Pieces

It's the last day of 2020.  The pandemic has made life challenging in so many areas, but the year has been good in that I've been home to sew more. That helped take a small bite out of the UFO list.  Playing along with Quilting Gail's PHD in 2020 challenge was also a good motivator.  Gail is again hosting a PHD in 2021 Challenge, as my UFO list still has 22 projects on it, I'm definitely playing along again.

I've selected 12 projects to focus on for 2021. My plan is finish at least 8 ...
