Today we’re sew excited to announce we are bringing back Sewcialites with the Sewcialites 2 Quilt Along! We are celebrating our quilting community with a free block of the week for 24 weeks. We’ve joined forces with 24 highly talented designers to bring you all new unique sampler blocks and so many options!

Last year you all shared a lot of love for my new buffalo check patterns, which included two bed quilts (Buffalo Check Winter and Buffalo Check Autumn) and the Buffalo Check Christmas Runner. I also heard from some of you that while you like table runners, you really prefer table toppers! Well, I aim to please, so I came up with a new pattern, my Buffalo Check Table Topper, which is really two patterns in one. Yes, this pattern will provide instructions to make either a Halloween or Christmas table topper for your home!

Just Another Button Company’s newest Button Lover’s Club 4, Take Heart is a lovely series that will steal your heart and add a little love to all of your projects. Each bi-monthly box includes about 90 hand-dyed buttons, additional letter buttons to spell a word, and a few handmade clay buttons that fit the theme for that month. We are “berry” excited to present the 2021 Designer Mystery Block of the Month! This has been one of our favorite projects for the past 13 years. This will be the 14th annual Designer Mystery Quilt, and it’s sure to be a surprise.

Can you guess the rest? Here’s a little taste! This year’s quilt finishes at a generous 66.5″ x 84.5″. The Designer Mystery club runs from June 2021 through May 2022, and fabric and patterns for blocks one through twelve will be mailed around the 10th of each month.

I got a little sidetracked this weekend, quilting friends.  I had fully intended to organize the scrap baskets and shelves in my fabric closet.
