Still in a holiday daze from all the Christmas fun I had with my family and friends. Back in the office and ready to burn off all those extra cookie calories! January is approaching and not only is it the start to a new year but also can be one of the coldness months out of the year! Who loves Summer? Growing up in Minnesota Summer used to be my favorite season for many reasons. Summer meant no school, BBQ's outside, being on the lake, and bike riding with the family.
