CHSI Stitches 2019 ~ I won an award! from Charm About You

Each year I look forward to the CHSI Stitches event - a UK trade show packed with all things fabric, crafts, sewing and quilting. It's a great opportunity to ogle at new launches, discover different products and brands and meet up with - or indeed meet new - people in the industry. Here's a round up of the day (I went on Sunday), the things I loved, new products I spotted and the British Craft Awards evening!

incoming from Charm About You

I've been keeping the post man busy recently and as a result I have lots of lovely fabric bundles to share! Some of these are new collections, there are non cotton fabrics and a few extras I couldn't resist...

This gorgeous bundle is the new Terrestrial collection by Sara Watson for Cloud 9 Fabrics. It's totally up my alley, the colours are stunning and the detail in the prints is just beautiful.  The black and white prints in the centre are canvas, so lots of possibilities for bag making etc!

CHSI stitches 2018 from Charm About You

At the beginning of the week I attended CHSI stitches - the UK's trade show for the creative craft industry. Clearly I'm not a buyer but I donned my press badge and hit the stands to see all the new fabrics and products that will be coming our way. Wandering is more fun in company and it was a good opportunity to meet up with fabulous Samantha Claridge, who was buying for her shop Sew Crafty (so keep an eye on the 'new in' section!).
