20 Skills Every Sewist Learns from Fleur de Lis Quilts and Accessories

Have you ever wondered what skills you've learned as you picked up sewing? It was a topic of discussion on one of the Facebook groups where I'm a member. The writer mentioned several and others chimed in. I've compiled the list of skills with a few examples of each. Screw This! - a finished man quilt from Sew Fresh Quilts

I have a few finishes to share. But Screw This is up for today's post.

The pattern comes with so many options. I made my blocks using a variety of bright prints.

The backing and binding fabric has been in my stash since FOREVER! They are from Northcott Fabrics. I like the pointy triangles in the binding. 

The "Screw This!" quilt finished at 38" x 48"
and was the 5th use of my 3rd edition of 100 labels
ordered from Ikaprint.
