Hey, I remembered it's Monday!! It's been a little crazy around here because my grands were out of town last week. They didn't get home until Sunday morning (after an eight hour flight delay and a night in the airport), and we are going out of town on Wednesday, so we had dinner tonight instead of Wednesday night. All of which conspired to make it easy to forget it is actually Monday - but here I am! So let's take a look at last week's list and see how it went....

Make-A-List Monday - Because Tuesday Is The New Monday! from Confessions of a Fabric Addict

Hi, all!

Well, it's been a hot minute since I last posted - summer is hard on regular schedules! And since my husband was off from work yesterday, I completely lost track of my days and forgot that it was Monday. Oh well - I guess Tuesday is the new Monday!

We had a great time in New Orleans - while hubby was working, I managed to get a design drawn up for this year's 12 Days of Christmas in July quilt-along, and even figured out the fabric requirements using (gasp!) pencil, paper and calculator!

We'll see how accurate it ...

Actually, last week was pretty loaded up with outside appointments and other various emergencies (nothing major!) and I didn't get a lot done on my list. Ooh, I have been a bad, bad blogger! I just realized I haven't done a Monday post since March 13th..... oops! Time really flies when you're busy/having fun/avoiding doing taxes. Make-A-List Monday - Where Did My Week Go? from Confessions of a Fabric Addict

Hi, all!

Monday snuck up on me this week - do you have that problem with long weekends, too? But we did have an enjoyable day today - we went to see A Man Called Otto! I really loved the book (A Man Called Ove) and Tom Hanks did a great job with the movie version. I highly recommend both the book and the movie!

That being said, I didn't do very well on my list from last week. I made the mistake of starting a puzzle, which dragged my attention away from almost everything I was supposed to be doing ...

Happy New Year! Even better than Mondays, a new year gives us a chance to clean up, try new things, finish old projects, and maybe make a resolution or two. Ouch! I have definitely gotten out of shape in the past year - dragging Christmas boxes out of the attic has worn me down to a nub! But I have crushed my exercise minutes every day this week, so there's that. Let's take a look at last week's list...
