Baby Heart Log Cabin Quilt from Dizzy Quilts

Our family will be welcoming baby twin girls in just a few weeks and I couldn't be more excited!

When I asked my daughter-in-law which colours she'll be using in the nursery, she said white, gold and pink. I had the perfect stack of fat quarters in my stash and decided to pair that with some pink scraps. I found a scrappy log cabin pattern from Sew Can She a little while ago and went with that!

I love the gold in the background fabrics. This was a really easy and fun quilt top to put together - just ...

Portales Mini: Small Wall Hanging Finish from Dizzy Quilts

I'm back with another finished quilt from the book Southwest Modern by Kristi Schroeder. This is my fifth quilt from the book: Rustic, Marfa Lights, Dunes and Cielo were the other four. Orange Zola Quilt - Another Baby Quilt from Dizzy Quilts

I have another baby quilt finish to share with you today! I purchased the Zola Quilt pattern from Erica Jackman on a whim a little while ago and when my daughter asked me for a baby quilt for her cousin, I immediately thought of this one.

This is a fat quarter friendly pattern and I had loads of orange fat quarters in my stash. I paired the orange with a Kona White solid and I'm really liking the look. This is a pattern that looks complicated, but it's, in fact, pretty easy to put together.

I quilted it ...
