That worrisome thing on the design wall just doesn't appeal to me right now. It's been three weeks since I last looked at it. I'm suffering with a touch of CoVid19. It's not bad, considering people are dying. Nonetheless, I do feel yucky. I've managed to get out of bed. Some days barely.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve received a whopping three boxes from Island Batik and it’s program partners.

What’s really neat about batik fabric is that it doesn’t fray as easy as other types of cotton quilting fabric. Because of this fact, I planned this quilt with raw edge applique and a quick and easy quilting method in mind. Today is a lovely day here in south Florida because currently, the temperature is in the 60s! That's pretty cold down here considering we are pretty used to 90-degree weather almost all year round- it's nice to have a break from the rain too.
