Finished embroidering on metal from Quilting & Learning

Hi and welcome - just a quick post to share my finish. It was a great workshop by Emma Pannell. You can read more about it in my previous post.

I wanted to share this finish before next Thursday. Here is the finished project.

Try Something New with Kraft-tex

 I finally made time to have some fun with ink stamping and heat embossing. I’ve had a desire to learn how to use stamps and embossing powder for several months now.

I’ve been gathering ink pads, stamps, stencils, powders and accessories for 8 months. During that time I have been watching video tutorials too.

First, I practiced on white card stock. The leaf stamp is inked with Ranger archival inks: Jet Black, Paradise Teal and Sepia.  Once the paper is stamped with ink, clear embossing powder is spread over the wet ink.  Next ...
