read moreYesterday I started to work on the toddle scrappy quilt – well scrappy in a way – the fabric line is a bunch of fat quarters that were in a bundle – so they are coordinated but yet this is a scrappy quilt if you know what I mean. I am cutting one strip to […]
read moreI finished the binding yesterday and got the doll quilt washed and dried and pleased to say it only shrunk an inch on all sides – it is now 23×23 inches nice size for baby or doll. Linking to From Bolt to Beauty — Wendy’s Quilts and More — It was another hot one although […]

I knit up hats in gray. I knit them up in gray and yellow.
After borrowing my friend's LK150 knitting machine I decided to buy my own.
This machine is really a great way to get into machine knitting. This is what it comes with. Machine and carriage, row counter, yarn mast, comb weights, and more. Everything you need to get started.
Stitch transfer tools, spare needles, claw weights, ravel cord, latching tool, clamps, machine oil.
I added in some clamps and more claw weights. Now, I'm ready to get back to knitting tiny hats.
These little hats work up quickly, with the knitting taking about 30 minutes for each hat. I then spend another 10-15 minutes seaming them. These will be headed to Annapolis Quilts for Kids.
On its way to baby J is this new knitted suit.
